Cancellation & Refund Policy

This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to all bookings made at Sanskaar Hotel, Seoni, whether booked online (website) or offline (walk-in / phone). By confirming a booking, the guest agrees to the following terms.

1. Standard Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled check-in time may be eligible for a refund.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of check-in are strictly non-refundable.

The exact refund amount (if applicable) will be subject to management review and applicable deductions.

2. No-Show Policy

If the guest fails to check in on the scheduled date without prior notice, it will be treated as a no-show.

In such cases, 100% of the booking amount will be charged and no refund or adjustment will be provided.

3. Early Check-out / Partial Stay

Once the guest has checked in, no refund will be provided for unused nights.

Early departure will not qualify for any partial refund.

4. Booking Modification Policy

Changes to booking (date, room type, duration) are subject to availability and may involve rate differences.

Modification requests made within 24 hours of check-in may not be accepted.

5. Refund Eligibility & Deductions

Refunds (if applicable) may be subject to payment gateway charges and administrative or processing fees.

Special discounted or promotional bookings may be non-refundable or partially refundable.

6. Refund Processing Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 working days from confirmation.

The actual credit time depends on bank processing time and the payment method used (UPI / Card / Wallet / Bank Transfer).

7. Offline Booking Refunds

For bookings made via direct payment (cash/UPI at hotel), refunds (if approved) will be processed via bank transfer or UPI.

Guests must provide valid payment details for refund processing.

8. Force Majeure / Exceptional Situations

In case of events beyond control such as natural disasters, government restrictions, lockdowns, or emergencies, the hotel may offer rescheduling options or process partial refunds at its discretion.

9. Hotel-Initiated Cancellation

In rare cases where the hotel is unable to honor a booking due to technical errors, overbooking, or operational issues, guests will be offered a full refund or an alternative arrangement (subject to availability).

10. Non-Refundable Conditions

Refunds will not be provided in cases of cancellation within 24 hours of check-in, no-show without prior notice, early check-out after check-in, violation of hotel policies, or incorrect booking details provided by the guest.

11. Cancellation Process

Guests must initiate cancellation via the official website (for online bookings) or by contacting the hotel directly (phone / reception).

Cancellation is considered valid only after confirmation from hotel staff.

12. Dispute Handling

Any refund-related disputes will be handled as per hotel internal policies and applicable laws of India.

Guests are advised to review the cancellation policy before booking.

By confirming a booking, the guest agrees to all terms mentioned above.

The hotel reserves the right to update this policy without prior notice.
